For this reason alone, it is important to consider this topic:

"Will the man/woman be able to fulfill this task? Will he/she be able to accomplish his/her own goals? ... be able to attain a suitable position under difficult conditions, and with a team constellation, within a rapidly enough period of time? ... truly be loyal and reliable in critical situations?"

Evaluating such personality-related questions reliably is considered to be one of the most difficult jobs. Staff members who are truly capable and demonstrate a suitable character are of inestimable value, especially in such economically difficult times – mediocrity is merely sufficient when the times are booming. For this reason as well, such questions are of special significance for every enterprise. What should one then do?

According to general beliefs, and except for those who demonstrate specialist qualifications, truly good decisions made at the executive level and in fields involving personnel are for the most part simply a "matter of chance". There is nothing that one change here. That is even correct in this form! After all, quite special qualifications are required here (which can only in part be mastered through training) in order to reliably answer any questions in this segment.
 
We have been in the fortunate position of possessing this special competency with personalities since 1992, and have continuously developed this system further. To acquire this knowledge, we have invested approximately 25% of our available time! This is an absolute rarity as well. The result is of fundamental significance for enterprises as well since demanding, economical results cannot possibly be obtained without optimal, personnel-related decisions.

Even more so, it is closely integrated with the economical interrelationships, as are especially to be observed at the company level. For this reason, we are not only consulted by our regular clients concerning these questions, but also by middle class organizations and larger enterprises extending from the south to the north, should they encounter special questions which they wish to have answered reliably.

In this manner, we have initially assisted both sides in avoiding possible failures from the beginning.
