"What do we actually do?"

1. What type of projects do we take on?
The goal is generally to achieve a structural improvement in profits. We identify developmental potentials of individuals and of their entire enterprise, develop the necessary procedures - and ensure that these steps are realized.
We do not work with short-term, cost-reduction programs or with similar operative statements of the objectives.

2. Who are our clients?
Business executives, self-employed individuals, general managers, members of the board, supervisory board members.

3. In which branches are we specialized?
We deal with fundamentals and with structures - and these are seen to be similar everywhere; this enables us to transfer our knowledge horizontally among various fields --> Branches.

4. How large are the organizations which we care for?
Selectively, they are made up of between 20 and 200 workers, occasionally also including spin-offs or newly established organizations. With regard to special personnel questions and to staffing, we also provide our advisory services to large enterprises.

5. In which countries do we work?
Throughout all of Germany. Our projects have a direct relationship to nearly all of the countries of Europe, to the US (we support the development of US contacts for our organizations), China, Hong Kong.
